How our visits work:

Every job begins with an on-site assessment. If the fix is quick and easy to spot, we may offer to repair it right then and there—meaning no call-out fee, just the cost of the work done.

 

For faults that need a bit more 'detective work' to quote accurately, a call-out fee may apply for the initial visit. Don’t worry, though—if you go ahead with the repair, that fee is waived completely!
