At Retic Smart, we believe in transparent and fair pricing for our reticulation services. Here's what you need to know:

Call-Out Fee:

Our first visit always includes an assessment. If your system's issue is quick and straight forward to identify, there will be no charge for a call-out.

 

However, if your fault requires a detailed diagnostic and extensive troubleshooting to provide an accurate quote, a call-out fee may apply for this initial service. This fee is always waived if you approve the quote and we proceed with the job.

 

Payment Methods:

  • We accept either bank transfer or cash ensuring convenience for our customers.

 

Terms and Conditions for Repairing Old and Established Irrigation Systems:

  • Addressing older systems can present distinct challenges, as unexpected repairs that were not identifiable in the initial assessment may surface during the repair process.

  • Before moving forward with any extra work, we will communicate and have discussions regarding additional repairs that were not included in the initial quote.

  • Any potential additional charges will be communicated clearly based on specific job requirements. A revised quotation for additional unforeseen circumstances will be provided for you to review and decide on.

  • Please refer to our terms and conditions for detailed information on services related to established irrigation systems.

 

Additional Charges:​

  • Electrician Fee:

    • If a licenced electrician is required to connect a controller to the household power system, there will be additional fees.

  • Plumbing Fee​

    • If a licenced plumber is required, there will be additional fees.
