Our Service Procedure:

1) Assessment of the existing reticulation and controller.

2) Upgrading the existing controller to a smart Wi-Fi controller.

3) Set up the controller to an approved waterwise schedule.

4) Installation and walkthrough of the manufacturer's app on your phone (this does not include the set up of any additional smart home integrations such as Google Home or Apple HomeKit).

5) Waterwise report and documentation for the rebate approval.

6) Finalise and handover.

Please note that it is advisable that the customer is available at the time of the controller setup.
